SelfLove is taking good care of yourself even when it feels easier not to.
Making time for the things that light you up and deeply fulfill you - 86 excuses.
Nurturing & Nourishing on the regular - Self-Care is the new hustle, B's.
SelfLove is appreciating who you are.
Seeing the ever-present goodness in your Self, even when you're having a hella messy moment.
Showing up with all you have to give, like it's the first time, every time.
Knowing it's okay when you don't.
SelfLove is doing what you want, living how you want and giving yourself permission to choose only the "Hell Yeah!"s.
Decluttering in every sense so your own inspiration can pour through - monsoon season every season!
Listening to the magnetic pull of your passions.
Following through on the deepest whispers of your dharma.
SelfLove is sticking with it or giving up - whatever jives in that moment.
Changing your mind, not because you're flaky, because you're inspired.
Acting on callings that only make sense to you.
Flowing with life's guidance - when there're waves: Surf!
SelfLove is taking a nap when you're tired or just because you feel like it.
Shedding obligations so you can sit in your pajamas or climb Kilimanjaro.
Doing whatever it is you really want to do.
Not what "they" say you should do. Not what "so-and-so" is doing.
Not even what you said you were going to do that no longer feels good now.
SelfLove is giving yourself permission to spend time on whatever brings you joy.
Taking your time when the world says, "Rush."
Creating a malleable timeline, so it can shift and change as you do.
Eating chocolate on a Tuesday in your underwear with a cat while listening to Tibetan flute music, or whatever your bliss may be.
Because SelfLove is undefinable. It's all of these things, but maybe for you, none of them. No one can tell you how to love yourself. I like to think it's walking through life with the sense that you are always giving yourself a chance to live your fullest, richest, tastiest experience. It's a subtle, steady vibrational current running through all things that whispers, "You're deserving. You're whole. You're resilient. You can. You're incredible. Gawwwwdd you're hot. You are so, so valuable. Smart as hell! What a treasure, and a joy. I'm so glad you're You." But that's my inner tickle speaking. What's your voice? Your version? Whatever feels good to you, truly yummy, bubbling inside - that's it. That's SelfLove.
