A medicine ball of concentrated tension throbbed inside my shoulder. A ping of pain streamers shot from my neck.
Standing. Leaning. Hunching. Sitting . . . repositioning wasn't enough to escape it.
"Don't do this again!" my body pleaded, "Don't let it be how it was before."
When I ignored sleep to complete projects. Worked on an uphill slant of resistance to my spirit. Pushed off my purpose to prioritize money-result first.
My body didn't wanna go back there. And neither did I.
Sometimes I just got caught up! I forgot that Calm is the state of creativity. Serendipity is the happy switch turned on. And life feels better when I remember to Have Joy.
